House Beautiful Awards

Home enhancement and DIY retailer Homebase and leading retail merchandiser Argos, confirmed that they were recipients of House Beautiful Awards presented on 9th March.

Argos scooped a gold award in the 'Best Home Shopping Service' category beating competition from Next Home, John Lewis, Lakeland, Laura Ashley and Marks and Spencer.

Homebase was pipped to the post by John Lewis but won the silver award for their Modena Kitchen in the 'Kitchen Range of the Year' awards. Other companies in this category included B&Q, Four Seasons Kitchens and MFI.

These awards and others were presented at a ceremony at the BAFTA building in Piccadilly, W1, in front of all of the promoters, nominees as well as industry observers.
