We regularly consult our customers over product offer, pricing and the shopping experience. There is also growing evidence that customers consider less tangible issues like supplier ethics and impact on the environment in their shopping choices.
To understand our customers' requirements in November 2007 we conducted in-depth customer research with both Argos and Homebase customers focusing solely on their social and ethical attitudes and behaviours.
